Return & Exchange Policy

Returns
- Eligibility: Products can be returned within 30 days of the purchase date.
- Condition: To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in the same condition as when you received them, and in the original packaging.
- Non-Returnable Items: Custom or personalized items, and products marked as “Final Sale” are not eligible for return.
Exchanges
- Eligibility: If you would like to exchange an item for a different size or product, you must do so within 30 days from the purchase date.
- Condition: Items should be unused, in their original packaging, and in new condition.
Return Process
- Contact our customer service team at contact@huntforge.co to initiate a return or exchange.
- Provide your order number and a brief description of the reason for your return or exchange request.
- Once your request is approved, you’ll receive return instructions with a prepaid return shipping label (for domestic orders).
Refunds
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method once the returned product is received and inspected.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable.
Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately at contact@huntforge.co with clear photos of the product, and we will assist you with a replacement or full refund.
Shipping Fees
Customers are responsible for shipping costs when returning items unless the return is due to an error on our part or a defective product.
